The Historical Financial District

The historical financial district of downtown New York City holds a Historic Holiday Treasure. By stepping into the warmth of this massive lobby you are met by the classic gold tones and rich red hues of the holidays of yesterday. Stately seasonal tones envelop your memories as the carefully chosen décor welcomes all who enter and transports them to another era in New York. Deemed a National Historic Landmark in 1978 this unforgettable treasure built in the early 1900s has been meticulously restored to perfection by craftsmen. Such a spectacular backdrop begged to be embellished by the holiday decorations that match the time it was originally built. Ownership and Management granted this public thoroughfare a moment of timeless festive travel. You imagine the thousands of people who experienced this space over the past 100 years. The decor, coupled with the building's timeless aesthetic, invite today’s visitor to experience the heydays of the New York Holidays.

Serving this prestigious NYC management company enables us to showcase our classic yet clean line modern design to match this newly restored, iconic building. A holiday picture taking must to get into the seasonal spirit and be enveloped in an unforgettable joyous and enchanting experience.

JOHN MINI DISTINCTIVE LANDSCAPES

As a jubilant feature, a towering 20’ tree centered the walkway topped off by a brilliant star. The two 70’ arches draped with lighted garland guide your eyes to the gold leafed details in the catacombs ceiling. The domed ceiling encompasses the entire vast stretch overhead. You know you are in a grand space and embrace the experience.

Four robust 72” lighted and decorated swags line the adjacent wall with vintage tones on all sides. Each piece of décor is carefully chosen to be proportioned in this holiday experience. The impressive 6’ menorah proclaims the celebration of Hannukah.

By the elevator you are carried up to a terrace 40 stories in the sky. From the moment you enter either of the 2 outdoor terraces the white twinkling lights intentionally intertwined into the boxwoods draw your eye to the red and green uplighting of the 14 majestic birch trees in the planters.

During the holiday season, a grand piano is added to the lobby to provide the sound of seasonal favorites to tenants and visitors. The piano, coupled with our décor tone and element selections intentionally deviate from modern decor aesthetics to create an experience meant to take you back to the origins of this historic building.

Elegant and timeless décor in this publicly accessible lobby is a must see when visiting the city during the holidays. The grand scale tree and long runs of garland within the archways of the ceiling inside, along with the large wreaths outside, highlight the amazing architecture of this iconic old New York building.
